Project Summary
The Montgomery County Engineer is proposing to construct a project called the Philadelphia Drive Culvert Rehabilitation Project, HAR-159-2.15, Harrison Township, Job #2015-24. This project involves the replacement and rehabilitation of a structurally deficient culvert servicing the road, along with the reconstruction of the roadway in the immediate vicinity of the culvert. In addition, the inlet of the culvert will be replaced and the safety grading along the road will be improved. The project will begin in March of 2021. Philadelphia Drive, near the project, will be closed to all but local traffic during the bulk of the construction, which will last for approximately 3 to 4 months.
