Montgomery County Engineer’s Office Consultant Evaluation
As per the Ohio Department of Transportation’ (ODOT) Specifications for Consultant Services (latest edition) Chapter 2, Section 2.32, the Montgomery County Engineer’s Office (MCEO) will evaluate the performance of design consultants. This is required by ORC Sections 156.65 through 153.71, which establishes the rules that MCEO follows in the procurement and administration of agreements for professional design services. To evaluate a firm’s performance, the MCEO utilizes the Consultant Services Evaluation Form found on this webpage.
Should a firm not have a Consultant Service Evaluation Form on file with the MCEO, ODOT’s Consultant Evaluation Score will be used in determining a firm’s past performance.
