Work Product Certification
The Montgomery County Engineer’s Office requires that all submissions of engineering and surveying work products be accompanied by a signed and sealed statement certifying that the engineering or surveying services provided have been performed in accordance with commonly accepted procedures consistent with industry standards of practice.
In this context, the commonly accepted procedures and industry standards of practice are defined by the current manuals, references, and policies published by the Ohio Department of Transportation, including those incorporated by reference, unless otherwise identified in the project solicitation or agreement.
